What we light
Unbeaten Christmas Lighting installs seasonal Christmas lights across Central Mississippi, starting with custom-fit C9 rooflines and adding porch columns, bushes, wreaths and garland where they fit. Design, installation, in-season maintenance, takedown and storage are included. We do not offer tree wrapping.
The classic look, and the one that makes the biggest difference from the street. We run commercial-grade C9 bulbs along eaves, peaks, gables and dormers, clipped to the shingle or gutter so nothing is stapled or nailed into your house. Every strand is cut to your exact measurements, so the spacing stays even end to end.
Choose warm white for a clean, upscale look, or classic multicolor. We’ll show you both on your house before you decide.
Mini-lights woven evenly through bushes, hedges and low landscape beds add depth below the roofline and create a finished look from the street.
Lit garland on columns, porch railings, arbors and doorframes, plus wreaths sized to your windows and entry. We supply the greenery, bows and lighting, hang it, and take it all back down in January.
Pathway stakes and lit bushes to line a sidewalk or driveway approach. Small add-on, big effect on a long front walk.
Storefronts, restaurants, offices, churches, apartment entrances and neighborhood signage. We schedule commercial installs before and after business hours so nothing interrupts your day, and we can work to an HOA or property-management spec.
Multi-property and multi-year agreements are available — ask when you call.
Included with every install. A bulb goes out, a squirrel gets ambitious, a timer resets after a storm — call us and we come fix it at no charge for the rest of the season.
Good to know
Everything attaches with clips designed for shingles, gutters and trim. Nothing gets driven into your roof or fascia.
We route power along the least visible path and tuck the excess. Timers are set so you never flip a switch.
We don’t consider a job done until you’ve seen it on after dark and told us it looks right.
Businesses and neighborhood entrances
Unbeaten Christmas Lighting provides seasonal displays for storefronts, offices, churches and neighborhood entrances in the Jackson area, including Madison and the other communities on our service-area list. Start with a photo and the areas you want included so we can prepare a design and written quote.
Send the property address and photos of the storefront, entrance sign or building. Tell us whether you want rooflines, wreaths, garland, columns or bushes included. Point out available outdoor outlets and any access restrictions for our review.
Tell us who approves the design and quote, the preferred lighting date, business hours and any HOA rules or removal deadline. We review those requirements before you reserve an available installation date.
Your quote covers the approved design, our lighting, installation, in-season maintenance, takedown and storage. Confirm the specific areas and payment schedule in writing. We do not offer tree wrapping or install customer-owned lights.

After the holidays
Unbeaten Christmas Lighting handles both as part of its full seasonal service in Central Mississippi. We remove the display in January and store our lights through the off-season, so you do not have to take them down or find room in your garage.
Share any required removal date before booking so we can review it with you. If you return with the same design, the price is generally about 20% less after year one because the materials are already custom-fit. Your written quote explains the renewal price and any changes to the display.
