A real range

Straight numbers, not “it depends”

Every company tells you price depends on the property. True — and useless on its own. Here’s what people actually spend, so you can decide before you ever talk to us.

$699

Season minimum. A clean front roofline on a single-story home, professionally cut and hung. This is the floor — it isn’t a stripped-down version, it’s a smaller one.

~$1,200

Typical home. Roofline plus a few wrapped trees and some landscape outlining. This is where most Brandon, Flowood and Madison homes land.

$2,500–$6,000

Larger displays. Complex or multi-story rooflines, wrapped columns, garland and wreaths, and one or two statement trees.

Bigger ideas are welcome. Estate properties, churches and multi-location commercial displays get custom designs and custom quotes.

What moves the number

We price the property, not a package

Rooflines, peaks, columns, trees and landscaping all change the scale of a display. The more of the property you light, the more finished it looks from the street.

We only add for height and access when a home is genuinely difficult to work — three stories, steep pitch, or no safe ladder placement.

  • Roofline length, peaks and architecture
  • Landscape beds, walkways and focal points
  • Tree size and wrapping scope — a small tree adds around $150
  • Multi-story or difficult access
  • Residential or commercial scale

Our favorite upgrade

Landscape outlining is what separates a nice display from the one people slow down for

Rooflines get the attention, but they only light the top of the property. Clean lines along beds, walkways and planting areas fill in everything between the roof and the ground — it makes the whole house read bigger and more finished from the road.

It’s usually the cheapest way to make a real jump in how the display looks, and it’s the add-on we recommend first.

Before you book

Questions we get on pricing

Is $699 really the minimum?

Yes. Below that we can’t cover the design visit, materials, two trips to your house and off-season storage and still do the job right.

Can you hang the lights I already own?

No. We install our own commercial-grade lights so we can guarantee them and fix anything that goes wrong during the season. We can’t make that promise on a set that’s been in someone’s attic.

Do returning customers pay less?

Yes — 10% off every year after your first. Your measurements and design are already on file, which makes year two faster for us and cheaper for you.

When is payment due?

A 20% deposit reserves your install date. The balance is due once the display is up and you’ve looked it over.

Do I have to be home for a quote?

No. Send us your address and we can measure your roofline from satellite imagery and get you a number the same day. If the design gets complicated, we’ll come out and walk it with you.

When should I book?

October is the sweet spot. It gives us room to design your display, order what we need, and lock in your preferred install week before the November rush.
