Every company tells you price depends on the property. True — and useless on its own. These are planning examples to help you decide what to ask for. They are not averages from completed customer jobs or a quote for your house.

What moves the number
We price the property, not a package
Rooflines, peaks, columns, entry decor and landscaping all change the scale of a display. The more of the property you light, the more finished it looks from the street.
We only add for height and access when a home is genuinely difficult to work — three stories, steep pitch, or no safe ladder placement.

Rooflines get the attention, but they only light the top of the property. Clean lines along beds, walkways and planting areas fill in everything between the roof and the ground — it makes the whole house read bigger and more finished from the road.
It’s usually the cheapest way to make a real jump in how the display looks, and it’s the add-on we recommend first.

Is $500 really the minimum?
Yes. Below that we can’t cover the design visit, materials, two trips to your house and off-season storage and still do the job right.
Do you provide the Christmas lights?
Yes. Unbeaten Christmas Lighting supplies the commercial-grade lights, timers, clips and cords for your approved design. The lights remain our property, and we handle in-season maintenance, January takedown and off-season storage. We do not install customer-owned lights.
Do returning customers pay less?
Yes. The same returning design is generally about 20% less after year one because the materials are already custom-fit. Your written quote shows both seasons. Changes to the design or added lighting affect the renewal price.
When is payment due?
A 35% deposit reserves your install date. The balance is due once the display is up and you’ve looked it over.
Do I have to be home for a quote?
No. Send us your address and we can measure your roofline from satellite imagery and get you a number the same day. If the design gets complicated, we’ll come out and walk it with you.
When should I book Christmas light installation in Mississippi?
For Unbeaten Christmas Lighting, request your design in September or early October if you have a preferred install week. Installations start in October. We confirm availability with your quote, and a 35% deposit reserves an available date after you approve it. If an HOA or business opening date affects your schedule, tell us when you request the quote.

Which areas and lights are included?

Who provides and owns the lights?
Ask whether the quote includes the lights, timers, clips and cords, and who keeps them afterward. Unbeaten supplies its own lighting and retains ownership. We do not install lights supplied by the customer.
What happens if a light stops working?
Confirm how to report an issue and whether seasonal service costs extra. Unbeaten includes in-season maintenance with installation. Contact us about a bulb, strand or timer problem so we can arrange service.
Are takedown and storage included?
Ask who removes the display, when removal is planned and where the lights are stored. Unbeaten includes January takedown and off-season storage. Tell us about any HOA removal deadline before approving your quote.
What will the same design cost next season?
Compare the first season and the returning design separately. Unbeaten's same returning design is generally about 20% less after year one. Added lighting or a changed design affects that price; your written quote gives the details.
What reserves the installation date?
