Unbeaten Christmas Lighting (“we,” “us”) operates unbeatenchristmaslighting.com. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you submit our quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, and whatever details you choose to include. If you use Design My House, we also collect the home photo you upload, the generated lighting design, your selected lighting areas and style, package choice, estimated footage, and quote information. We collect standard analytics data such as pages viewed and general location through Google Analytics. We also use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API for advertising measurement and attribution. We do not send homeowner photos to Google Analytics or Meta. For Meta advertising measurement, matching details such as email, phone, name, and location may be normalized and one-way hashed before transmission; browser and device identifiers such as IP address, user agent, and Meta browser/click cookies may also be sent for matching and attribution.

How we use it

We use your contact information to respond to your request, prepare a quote, schedule work, and follow up about your service. We use uploaded home photos only to create the lighting design you request, prepare your estimate, and review the property after you submit the design. Submitting a quote or Design My House request does not by itself enroll you in promotional text messages.

AI design processing

When you select Create My Design, a resized copy of your home photo and controlled design instructions are sent securely to OpenAI to generate the requested lighting visualization. Our OpenAI credential stays on our server and is never sent to your browser. We do not place customer photos or designs in a public gallery without permission.

Automatic property measurement

Your installation address may be sent securely to Google Maps Platform to verify the location and display available Street View and aerial reference imagery. If you ask the Design My House tool to estimate your roofline, available Solar API building geometry may also be used. We use these results only to confirm the property and prepare your quote or preliminary estimate. We do not treat automatic measurements as verified field measurements, and we do not store Google’s raw building response with your lead.

Photo storage and deletion

Netlify securely hosts the temporary files used by Design My House. If you do not submit your design, the original and generated images are scheduled for automatic deletion after one hour. If you submit the design as a lead, the original, generated design, selections, and quote details are kept privately for up to 30 days so our team can prepare and follow up on your quote. You may ask us to delete them sooner by emailing jordan@unbeatenchristmaslighting.com.

Promotional text-message program

Promotional SMS consent is collected through a separate, unchecked consent box in the Unbeaten Christmas Lighting chat widget or quote-request form on our website. If you actively select one of those boxes, we may send recurring promotional and marketing messages about special offers, discounts, event promotions, seasonal availability, and service announcements. Message frequency varies and is typically no more than four messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Who we share information with

We share other information only with service providers that help us operate our website, prepare designs and quotes, deliver communications, and manage customer relationships. These providers may use information only to perform services for Unbeaten Christmas Lighting. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent are excluded from sharing for any third party’s or affiliate’s marketing or promotional purposes.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Your choices
