Terms of service

These terms apply to the website and to lighting services provided by Unbeaten Christmas Lighting. Your signed quote or service agreement governs the specific work at your property; where the two differ, the signed agreement controls.

Quotes

Quotes are based on measurements taken at your property and are valid for 30 days. Changes to the scope after the quote is accepted may change the price.

Deposits and payment

A deposit reserves your place on the install calendar. The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation. Deposits are 20% of the quoted total, applied to your balance.

Ownership of materials

All lights, clips, cords, timers and decor remain our property at all times. Your fee covers seasonal use, installation, service, removal and storage.

Access and utilities

You agree to provide safe access to the property and a working exterior outlet on the circuit needed for the display. If access or power is unavailable on the scheduled day, we may need to reschedule.

Weather and scheduling

We do not perform rooftop work in unsafe conditions. Weather delays are rescheduled at the earliest available date and are not grounds for cancellation charges to you.

Service and repairs

In-season repairs to our installed materials are included. Damage caused by third parties, storms, animals, or changes made by you may be billed separately at our discretion.

Removal

Removal is included and typically occurs in January. If materials are not accessible for removal, or are damaged or missing, replacement costs may be billed.

Cancellation

You may cancel before installation begins; your deposit is refundable up to 14 days before your scheduled install date. Once materials have been cut to your property, the deposit is non-refundable.

Limitation of liability

We carry liability insurance. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the services in question, except where limitation is prohibited by Mississippi law.
