Every quote covers design, materials, installation, in-season repairs, takedown and storage. There is no separate charge for any of it. Most homes land around $1,200; our season minimum is $699.

What drives the number
Why quotes differ house to house
Two homes on the same street can be several hundred dollars apart. Here’s what actually moves the price.
We only charge extra for height and access when a home is genuinely difficult — three stories, steep pitch, or no safe ladder placement. We don’t pad a quote because a house looks expensive.
- Linear feet of roofline — the single biggest factor
- Peaks, gables and dormers — more cuts and transitions
- Height and pitch — two-story and steep work takes longer
- Trees — a small wrapped tree runs about $150; a mature oak can be a project on its own
- Landscape outlining — beds, walkways and focal points
- Power access — how many exterior outlets and where
Terms
How booking works
20% holds your date
A 20% deposit reserves your spot on the install calendar. The balance is due when the lights are up and you’ve approved them.
10% back every year
Returning customers get 10% off. Your design is already measured, so year two is faster for both of us.
We supply the lights
We don’t install customer-owned lights. Ours are commercial-grade and we can stand behind them — we can’t stand behind a box from the attic.
Takedown starts January 2
Removal runs through January. Want to leave them up a while longer? Just unplug and tell us when you’re ready.
Early-season pricing runs through October 15. After that the calendar tightens.
